I have at this time four different flavors to tempt all type of tastebuds                                              

        1)Poblano Pepper Spread: Made with Poblano peppers which rates about 3,000 on the Scoville Scale. To me very mild but to some of my customers just hot enough.

        2) Mild Jalapeno Pepper Spread: Made with Jalapeno peppers which rates about 5,000 on the Scoville Scale. This one is seedless to make it a little mild but still has a good bite to it, kind of like a Jalapeno Popper.

        3) Original Jalapeno Pepper Spread: Made with Jalapeno peppers which rates about 5,000 on the Scoville Scale. But unlike the prevous spreads this has all the seeds and webbing that give it that fantastic bite. My personal favorite.

        4) Habenero Pepper Spread: Made with Habenero peppers which rates about 300,000 on the Scoville Scale. This has seeds and all for the ones that really like it hot. I only use this one for Hot Wings.

       5) Red Savina Habenero Pepper Spread: If I ever find a supplier, I have certain friends who say they would love to try my spread with this pepper. Will let you know when this spread is available.

         A tip to consider: If you cook with any of the peppers listed above, using MY spreads makes it easier. They are ready for use with no cutting or chopping necessary. Just throw in a spoonful to spice up any dish and enjoy!
